Shipping & Delivery

Delivery in Kuwait

We deliver across Kuwait with Riders, our local courier partner.

• Same day: orders placed before 18:00 Kuwait time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 are delivered the next day, in the time slot you choose at checkout.
• Fridays: deliveries run from 16:00.
• Fee: calculated for your address at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of 25.000 KD or more.
• Tracking: once your order is on its way, you can follow the courier from your order page.

Pickup from the boutique

Choose pickup at checkout and collect from our Sharq boutique, usually within an hour during opening hours. Pickup is always free.

International delivery

We ship with DHL Express. Rates are shown at checkout and charged in Kuwaiti dinar.

• GCC: (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 6.000 KD, free on orders of 60.000 KD or more. Usually 2–4 working days.
• Middle East and Europe: 12.000 KD. Usually 3–6 working days.
• Rest of the world: 18.000 KD. Usually 5–9 working days.

Duties and taxes are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient on arrival, according to the rules of the destination country. DHL will contact you if anything is due.

A few destinations restrict the import of alcohol-based perfume. If your country is one of them, we will contact you before dispatch and refund anything that cannot be sent.

Gift orders

Add gift wrapping with a handwritten card at checkout. Gift orders can be sent with prices hidden from the receipt.
