Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy from Nostalgie online or in our boutique.
These terms apply to every purchase from Nostalgie Fragrances, Kuwait, through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Kuwaiti dinar (KD) and include everything except international delivery, and duties and taxes outside Kuwait. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and for guidance only; you are always charged in KD. Payment is taken securely by Hesabe by card, Apple Pay or KNET when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery
Delivery options, times and fees are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and shown at checkout. Times are estimates; we will tell you promptly about any delay.
Gift wrapping, vials and credits
Gift wrapping is charged as shown at checkout. Complimentary vials are subject to availability. The Discovery Set credit is single-use, valid for 60 days from issue, applies to full-size fragrances only, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another Discovery Set credit.
Loyalty programme
Membership of the Nostalgie Circle is free and governed by its own programme rules, shown on the Circle page. Points have no cash value.
Returns
Our Returns & Exchanges page sets out what can be returned and how. Your statutory rights under Kuwaiti consumer protection law are not affected.
Product information
We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Notes, longevity and projection are a guide: fragrance develops differently on every skin. Please read ingredient lists if you have allergies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
