Can I get my order today?
Yes, anywhere in Kuwait, if you order before 18:00. Later orders arrive the next day in the slot you choose. On Fridays, deliveries start at 16:00.
How much is delivery?
In Kuwait the fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout; it is free on orders of 25.000 KD or more. International rates start at 6.000 KD for the GCC.
Do you ship outside Kuwait?
Yes, with DHL Express to the GCC, the Middle East, Europe and the rest of the world. Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient on arrival.
Can I collect my order from the boutique?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from Sharq, usually within an hour during opening hours. We will message you a pickup code when it is ready.
How do I choose a fragrance without smelling it?
Start with the scent finder, which matches you by the notes and moods you like. Then add two complimentary vials to your order, or try five fragrances at home with the Discovery Set — its full price comes back as credit towards a full-size bottle.
How does the Discovery Set credit work?
When your Discovery Set order is complete, you receive a single-use credit equal to the set’s price. Use it within 60 days on any full-size fragrance.
How long do your fragrances last?
Our eaux de parfum last between 5 and 12 hours depending on the fragrance and your skin; each product page shows its longevity and projection. Fragrance lasts longer on moisturised skin and on fabric.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Add gift wrapping with a handwritten card at checkout, and choose to hide prices from the receipt.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and KNET, processed securely by Hesabe. You are always charged in Kuwaiti dinar.
Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Opened fragrances can only be returned if they are faulty.
